Voomo.ai Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Voomo.ai"/"We"/"Us"/"Our": Refers to Voomo.ai, the company operating the affiliate program.
  
• "Affiliate"/"You": Any person or legal entity applying to, or approved for, the Affiliate Program.
  
• "Program": The Voomo.ai Affiliate Program.
  
• "Referral Link": Unique tracking URL assigned to each Affiliate.
  
• "Qualified Customer": A new customer, with no prior Voomo.ai account, who subscribes after clicking your Referral Link within the cookie window.
  
• "Commission": The monetary reward paid to Affiliates for referring Qualified Customers.
  
• "Effective Date": The date on which the Affiliate is approved into the Program.
  
• "Confidential Information": Non-public information relating to either Party or to the Program.
  

2. Program Enrollment & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts.
  
• If applying as an entity, you represent you are authorized to act for and bind that entity.
  
• Voomo.ai may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide reasons for rejection.
  
• You must provide and maintain accurate and complete information.

4. Commissions & Payment

• Base Rate: 30% lifetime recurring commission on net subscription revenue for each Qualified Customer.
  
• Tiered Bonuses:
  

• Tier 1: 1–9 active subscriptions → +5%
  
• Tier 2: 10–24 active subscriptions → +10%
  
• Tier 3: 25–49 active subscriptions → +15%
  
• Tier 4: 50+ active subscriptions → +20%
  

• Example: An affiliate with 30 active paid referrals earns a 45% commission per subscription payment.
  
• Cookie Duration: 180 days from the first click.
  
• Payouts: Monthly, by PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer, minimum payout $50. Unpaid balances roll over.
  
• Refunds & Chargebacks: Commissions are not paid on refunded or chargebacked transactions. Paid commission on refunded amounts may be clawed back from future payouts.
  
• No Self-Referrals: Affiliates cannot earn commission on their own accounts or purchases made by themselves, family, or business partners for the purpose of earning a commission.
  
• Tax & Fees: You are responsible for any taxes or fees due on payouts.
  

5. Qualified Customer Criteria

• Must be a new user (no existing/past account with Voomo.ai).
  
• Must register using your valid Referral Link within 180 days of clicking it.
  
• Last-cookie attribution applies: if a prospect clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent wins.
  
• Subscriptions must be active and paid; free trials or cancelled accounts are not commissionable.
  

6. Prohibited Activities & Acceptable Use

• No misleading or fraudulent activity.
  
• No purchasing Voomo.ai using your own link or incentivizing self-referral.
  
• No spamming, unsolicited messages, or purchased lists.
  
• No advertising on branded or misspelled Voomo.ai keywords, domains, or impersonating Voomo.ai.
  
• No use of fake reviews, AI-generated misleading content, or non-approved marketing materials.
  
• FTC-compliant disclosure of affiliate relationship is required on all promotional material.
  
• All content and campaigns must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  

7. Marketing & Brand Use

• Use only Voomo.ai-approved marketing materials.
  
• No use of Voomo.ai trademarks, branding, or derivatives in domain names, ads, or promotional materials without express written permission.
  
• Voomo.ai may revoke marketing permissions at any time.
  

8. Confidentiality

• All confidential business, customer, and commission information must be protected and not shared with third parties except as required by law.
  

9. Term & Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.
  
• Voomo.ai may suspend or terminate the Affiliate's account for violation of these terms, and may withhold unpaid commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach.
  
• Upon termination, any unpaid commissions on qualified referrals will be paid, except in the case of breach or fraud.
  
• Accounts with zero commissions earned for twelve (12) consecutive months may be closed.

• The entire agreement supersedes prior representations or agreements.
  
• You may not assign this agreement without written consent from Voomo.ai.
  
• If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
  
• Voomo.ai reserves all rights not expressly granted.
